After discharge from an acute care hospital, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Care provides short-term, intensive therapy and medical care for persons recovering from an illness or injury.

- Physical Therapy– to maximize functional independence. Individuals learn skills needed for daily living such as climbing stairs, or getting in and out of a vehicle.
- Speech Therapy – to cope with the after-effects of a stroke or other neurological problem. Individuals receive assistance with speaking, swallowing and eating.
- Occupational Therapy – to assist with activities of daily living (ADL’s), including bathing, dressing and other routine personal care needs.
- Restorative Therapy – to assist with ongoing daily exercise and to maintain range of motion.
