Intermediate Nursing Care

For those individuals who find that they have a growing need for assistance with their activities of daily living (ADL’s), or are no longer able to live a fully-independent life, The Life Center offers a full range of supportive nursing services.

43 beds : 35 Private Rooms; 8 Semi-private rooms

Care includes: assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.); medication administration; treatments; restorative therapy; and assistance with dining

Care is provided in a home-like environment. Residents are encouraged to individualize their rooms with photographs, personal belongings, and other treasured mementos

There is a strong emphasis on personal choices, including such things as menu selection, activities programming, and other parts of the resident’s daily schedule

Individuals are encouraged, and assisted to maintain their previous, daily “rituals” such as reading the newspaper, going on outings, and celebrating life milestones
