A Return to Independence
After discharge from an acute care hospital, our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Care team provides short-term, intensive therapy and medical care for those recovering from an illness or injury.
Our Skilled Community is named Waterbury Circle.

Physical Therapy
We want to maximize functional independence. Our team implements individualized plans to aid in redeveloping skills needed for daily living including climbing stairs, getting in and out of a vehicle, and more.
Speech Therapy
It is designed to address the after-effects of a stroke or another neurological problem. Our team implements individualized plans to aid in redeveloping function related to speaking, swallowing and eating.
Occupational Therapy
OT is designed around activities of daily living (ADLs). Our team implements individualized plans to aid in a return to independence, including performing activities like bathing, dressing and other routine personal care tasks.
Restorative Therapy
It is designed to promote ongoing daily exercise and maintain range of motion.
